Stretching Routine for the Person Who Sits Alot

Complete each stretch slowly. Do not bounce into and out of the stretch positions, but rather use slow, deliberate movements. Do not stretch until the point of pain, but rather a slight discomfort. Stretching too far car do more harm than good. Hold each stretch 30-40 seconds, and then switch sides if needed.
